There’s no drawdown here
Drawdown is the decline in capital from its highest balance achieved.
Example: A trader earns $1.200.00 in profit, then loses $ 600.00. In this case, the drawdown is $ 600.00. At many firms, that alone would be enough to disqualify the trader, even though the account is still profitable. Does that make sense?
At AXIA Investing, it’s different: we don’t use drawdown. In this scenario, the trader still has a $600.00 profit because what truly matters is the net result. Now that you know this, does it still make sense to trade under drawdown rules?
